Barnet head coach Martin Allen has signed a new deal at the club.
A successful pre-season to date and the signings of Josh Vickers, Alex Nicholls and Ryan Watson led Allen to aim for the League 2 title this week, and with top scorer John Akinde already tied down to a new deal, the head coach has now followed suit.
The Bees boss led the club to the National League championship in 2015 and consolidated their first season back in the Football League with a 15th-placed finish last time out.
The length of the deal has not been revealed by the club.
Chairman Tony Kleanthous told the club website: "I made it clear during the summer that we needed to make some big signings and that is what we’re doing.
“Martin has made fantastic changes at this club – we’ve made huge strides and great progress since he joined us.
“He took us up into the Football League and now we want to continue that progress.
“He’s certainly the man to help us achieve more success and that is what we’re hungry for.”
