People are invited to enjoy a Jewish family festival this week.
The annual Lag B’omer is a festival held on the 33rd day of the Omer (the time between Passover and Pentecost).
This year’s event will be held in a secret location in East Finchley, where a BBQ dinner is available as well as games and arts and crafts for children.
The Lag B’omer evening begins tomorrow (May 25) and ends the evening of Thursday May 26.
It traditionally marks the end of a plague believed to have killed disciples of Rabbi Akiva.
Visit the Lag B’omer facebook page for more information.
Tickets are £5 in advance on www.chabadfinchleycentral.com or £6 on the door.
